Interestingly last night at Bookies, a group of people who get together to discuss bookmaking, a question was asked about how my shabby chic journal was going to be bound. To me it was obvious that it was already bound with the sari ribbon. That got me to thinking what constitutes binding. Is it possible that sari ribbon wrapped around the journal to keep it in place is not a binding? To me it is. Thoughts?
