Yesterday totally flew by and I totally neglected to post a blog entry. It is funny for me that every once in awhile I do forget because I have many posts lined up. Oh well, we do get busy in life sometimes! In my case, I went to Vashon Island just southwest of Seattle to attend an open house for an artist that I love. Her name is
Morgan Brig. I collected a piece of her work some time ago but yesterday I went crazy and bought four new pieces. OMG! I was like a kid in a candy store and had to force myself to say "Enough". Click on her name above and you can see several pieces of her sculptural work. She also does collage and mixed media pieces.
I also found an estate sale that had the very best prices and so I spent a bit of time selecting those just have to have items.
Urgent C 14 above makes me laugh. I think the cowboy must be a cowpoke by day and a gigolo or dancer by night. :-)
