Eco Dying

On Thursday five artists got together at an eco dying meetup at one of the artists’ homes.  We used walnuts in the process.  Vegetation was picked from the artist’s garden or brought along for the process.  I made a double pamphlet stitched book to keep the pages together.  I love the single page pamphlet stitch.  I have been looking for a way to stitch loose pages together for a long time.  It works so well.  Thanks Keith A. Smith, book binding guru! Tomorrow I will find some time to try the process again using avocado pits.
