I wonder what has disturbed the cat?  Whatever it was has caught the attention of the woman!  Oh my, the symbolism here!  The cat is looking at the USA perhaps like the world is right now!  Perhaps that is why the woman is so worried.  I know I sure am.

And as she looks pregnant, she's probably even more concerned! The cat just hopes something edible is about to appear.
