Tumbleweed

Tumbleweed
I have just spent the most exciting and glorious eight days creating art.  First, I took an Orly Avineri class at the Pacific NW Art School on Whidbey Island, Washington.  The spread Tumbleweed was created in that class.  Orly's class was five days long and then I took a two day art journaling workshop with Brian Kasstle. One would think that seven days in a row of full time creating would be exhausting and perhaps a break was needed.  No, I then returned home with Brian and we created art most of Monday as well.

I will be uploading more of my art experiences soon.  Now I have to return to cleaning my mother's house and getting ready for the estate sale at the end of August.  So my postings will be limited.  Happy August to you all!

I love it!
This is so luminescent and rich! I could just study it forever.
The movement, balance and interplay is magical.
And, what I like best, you can tell you had fun doing it!

SO glad you had a great time and found it all enriching - a change is as good as a rest. On with the hard work - everything passes...
