Orange Caterpillar Book - 21

Do you ever wish for a time machine?  I particularly like the history associated with the Oregon Trail.  I am fascinated not only by the settlers moving west but what that move did to the Native populations.  It was such a struggle and also an imposition.  History is full of difficult times.  That seems to be the nature of life.

Orange Caterpillar Book - 20

Think of all the people you have known in your life but who you never see anymore.  What are the reasons for that?  People come into our lives and also leave our lives.  There is always a reason.  Perhaps they move away.  Perhaps they die.  Maybe there is a disagreement.  Maybe people grow apart because they have less and less in common.  There are a plethora of reasons.

Orange Caterpillar Book - 19

The graphite pencil writing that you see on each of the spreads in this book came fast and furious.  I tried to come up with a plausible narrative from the first glance of the image.  I did most of these writings one after the other once the book was mostly complete.
