I found the butterflies and just had to do something with them.  Perhaps the right side and the left side stand alone.  No matter.

The background papers are a combination of found ephemera and papers I created and then worked on in iColorama.  The little girl is either afraid of rabbits or she has not seen it yet and will stop crying once she has.

 I am so into collaging using the seeded method.  Each spread is a surprise on how to begin and the end result always is surprising as well.

 Some of you might think I have seen this one previously and you have partially.  You saw the right hand side yesterday.  I had intended binding the book differently but this morning but I decided to use the Japanese binding known as Retchoso.  I am able to keep the spreads together instead of randomly which would have happened if I nested the pages.  Hence....a semi-repeat.  I promise I will make it up to you tomorrow or Friday.

 In this seeded journal I started with words or phrases cut from the newspaper.  I added colorful magazine or handmade papers randomly.  Both of these were added to a 18 x 24 sheet of watercolor paper.  The sheet was then cut into smaller equal sized papers.  I added more ephemera to complete the collage.  I like to call the process painting with papers.  All of the smaller sheets will be bound into a seeded journal. The binding process is the next step.

This page will be folded in half and will become the center page of my latest seed journal.  I will explain more about the seed journal as I share the pages.  I really like how this one turned out.

Today felt like fall.  It was cloudy, trying to rain but didn't.  It was cool and one had to wear fall clothing. Personally I am ready for October.
