Red No.13

Red No. 13
I found some tissue paper Japanese labels in a favorite store in Ballard, WA.  I am not sure if they were labels for sake containers or made for some other reason.  Because the Japanese internment during the 1940's comes to mind during this difficult immigration time, I thought I would honor those who were interred.  Why is it we do not learn from history?  Why is it that it seems many of this country's leaders forget that our country was built on the backs of immigrants?
