This postcard has been sitting around unfinished for weeks and weeks. In fact, I had put it on the shelf thinking it would be awhile before I found just the right addition for it. The woman with binoculars had been sitting on my desk in a pile. The card and the cutout just happened to be next to each other this morning and WHAM! That was it. Done deal! Sometimes I think there are elves who rearrange my desk and office while I sleep. There are several children's books with just that theme.
