San Francisco Postcards 21

San Francisco Postcards 21
I created three postcards with men in desert uniform.  First, it has been very warm in SF this fall so the uniform works.  Secondly I like the stance that each of the men holds.  For me it is a relaxed form which seemed to go well with the rest of the postcard.  Kind of like an observational  posture.

Good one! Seems like a recurrent color palette for SF?

I am enjoying this series and easily envision it as a limited edition book for sale.
The colors, composition, recurrent “ladder” pattern of the GG bridge...there is to behold here in these postcards, a mini travelogue that captures an older, more welcoming San Francisco.
Cannot wait to see it bound. Miss you.

Delightful, John! These postcards harken back to many day trips I made to San Francisco with my family, growing up in the Bay Area in the ‘50’s and early ‘60’s. They really take me back! And. . .I totally agree with Elsa. They will be an amazing collection to look through when bound together as a book; a wonderful reminder of your adventurous month in SF.
