If I were to do this project again which I probably won’t since I like pushing myself to do new ideas, I would make sure that there was more color in the corner pieces. I do like the bird especially though.
Love the bird and the dog together in the bottom corners. It’s like they are “guarding” the Jack of Clubs! I also love that part of the bird’s head extends out beyond the border of the card’s pictorial area. This is one of my favorites so far!

I can almost picture you working on this, trying out different scraps for the corners. Really a clever and fun project.
