52 Pickup No. 2 - 58, 59, 60 |
Since there are so many of these cards it takes a bit of energy and time to scan them, resize them, and get them into upright position for the blog. I decided to do them in batches. The only thing is that I kept all the cards together in between uploadings. So yesterday I had to go through the cards checking them against what was already published and what was still to come. I decided to put a little while Signo pen dots on the finished ones. So I have narrowed down what needs to be worked on now. The next time I do this I will have to be more precise in the process so there is less work. Lesson learned. This is not a complaint just the process.

I am utterly amazed that you can keep it all straight! And yes, a system is necessary,..this is such an insight into the time that goes into every piece, john....the layers, doing both sides, the documentation, editing, caraloging, and publishing...and THEN you still have to mail them all out! I sure hope the recipients appreciate what they are receiving in terms of a chunk of your life...and by the way...these are great! The whole series is.
Ditto what Julia wrote.
These treasures are quite special, each unique and has a story!💞
PS Aren’t you proud of me that I FINALLY figured out how to post a comment on your blog?!
Me too, what Julia and Irene said! ;o)
Absolutely LOVE #58! The composition is terrific, and all of the elements (star with circles, figure, words, numbers, background) seem to add up to more than the sum of their individual parts.
