Usually when I cut out a piece of ephemera I cut right to the edge of the piece. In the word FEEL I did not do that and used my Posca pens to add dots. I like the look. I just noticed something that I was not aware of when I created the piece. Checkout the target, the center of the large background flower and the yellow and orange flower center. Three circles. Good balance that was intuitive. I love happy accidents.
