Perpetual Exercise

Perpetual Exercise
That little piece of paper found somewhere.  That letter written by someone unsuspecting that one day it would appear in a piece of art to strangers.  That black and white illustration that somehow goes so well with a colored background.  That piece of ephemera that was attached to a package sent to celebrate friendship.  That is what collage is all about....finding and reusing and composing something new out of something old or what might be discarded by someone else.  The options are infinite.  Now that is exciting!  My new term for finding ephemera is harvesting. :-)

Another wonderful one John. Yes I like that term harvesting for that I do not like that term that the department of natural resources uses it to describe hunting season.
