| Postcard Journal No. 2 (open) |
So many postcards now have a new home.  I really like the pocket journal that I designed with one exception.  I have to find a paper that does not split when folded.  Perhaps I am in too much of a hurry to complete the journal and perhaps I should wait a few days before folding.  Not going to happen!  I love finishing the journal too much!

Another beauty! ♥
Posting from Catherine R ....... Great greens. Could you incorporate the sort of mesh at the folding edges that extends from the spine of books under the endpapers? Which I gather is called hinge cloth: see http://www.leonardsbooks.com/2010/03/18/parts-of-a-book/
Catherine is having difficulty posting. Is anyone else?
Beautiful book John- Water color papers really vary the more sizing they have in them the more they crack- Rieves BFK cracks really bad as does Arches watercolor paper. I use Arches cover. It's a beautiful paper made in France and I use it for much of my book making- it can take a beating too- I use it when I taught my mixed media painted book workshop.
This is beautiful! Try Fabriano papers they don't crack. They are pricey but worth if for their toughness.
