I love using old letter parts in collage.  I found a huge stack of letters at a garage sale which I have been using frequently.  In fact, one of the upcoming series is a whole set of letters use on the substrate.

    I was going to comment on the attractive grid-like appearance too. Works well and the soft red is great.
