Thursday, June 17, 1926
Last week my friend, Teresa, and I sat in a coffee shop in Seattle chatting away and creating art.  I almost finished this postcard in one sitting that morning.  However, we had lunch to eat and ephemera shopping to do.  Isn't that the best day....art, lunch, and ephemera shopping! :-)

So I did not plan this postcard at all.  It just evolved.  When it was done I made the connection between the letter....Dear Eddie...and the lion having a letter in his paw!  Now how about that!

    I like that. Especially the lion illustration - but it's all so nicely coordinated.
