I just love creating something new using something that had a different purpose.  When the original ephemera was created the idea of it becoming something else was never envisioned.  That is the fun of collage! :-)

    Indeed! My favorite quote about collage comes from
    Max Ernst: “Collage is the meeting of two distant realities on a plane foreign to them both.” Love the great color, and light/dark contrasts in this one, John!
