July 2019 APC - 01 and 02

There is a moving part in each of the 30 or so APCs that I created for July 2019.  It is a wheel that has two sides cut off until you rotate the wheel.  Then it looks like the card has a circle that has expanded.  You can see what one looks like expanded on the left and not extended on the right above.
